TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs (2012) is an upcoming professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by WWE, which will take place on December 16, 2012, at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. The event will be WWE's last pay-per-view event in 2012. It is also the first professional wrestling event to be held at the Barclays Center, and WWE's first event held in Brooklyn.
Nonito Donaire will defend his WBO Super Bantamweight title against Jorge Arce on December 15 in an HBO-televised clash from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. Arce isn't the best opponent that Donaire could have faced, however, he may make for the best fight.
Despite his explosive power and athleticism, Donaire (30-1, 19 KOs) hasn't always been in entertaining fights. He has been plagued as of late by opponents who simply had no intentions of engaging him in that type of battle, instead choosing to keep their distance and simply hope to make it to the scorecards.
Amir Khan returns to the ring. After two successive defeats, the 26-year-old will attempt to resurrect his boxing career against American Carlos Molina.
Going down on Saturday will be the finale of “The Ultimate Fighter 16,” where welterweightsColton Smith and Mike Ricci will brawl in the final bracket of the tournament for a chance to join the UFC family. However, heavyweightsRoy Nelson and Matt Mitrione will slug it out in the main event as they continue their journey up the division’s ladder.

UFC on FX: Sotiropoulos vs. Pearson is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on December 15, 2012 at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre in Queensland, Australia. Due to the time zone difference it will air live on December 14, 2012 in North America. Bruce Buffer will not be the ring announcer due to scheduling conflict with The Ultimate Fighter: Team Carwin vs. Team Nelson Finale. The event is expected to feature the final bouts of The Ultimate Fighter: The Smashes. Aussie George Sotiropoulos and Britain's Ross Pearson will headline the card in a five-round main event.
UFC on Fox: Henderson vs. Diaz is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on December 8, 2012 atKeyArena in Seattle, Washington. It will be broadcasted live on Fox Sports.
As a result of the cancellation of UFC 151, bouts between Tim Means vs. Abel Trujillo, Daron Cruickshank vs. Henry Martinez and Dennis Siver vs.Eddie Yagin were rescheduled for this event.
Rafaello Oliveira was expected to face Michael Chiesa at the event. However, Oliveira was forced out of the bout with a broken hand, and replaced byMarcus LeVesseur. Then, the week of the event, Chiesa was forced out of the bout with LeVesseur with an undisclosed illness and the bout was scrapped altogether. Also, on the day of the weigh-ins for the event, Tim Means was forced from his bout with Abel Trujillo after sustaining a head injury caused by a fall in a hotel sauna. LeVesseur replaced Means in the bout.
T.J. Dillashaw was scheduled to fight Mike Easton in the preliminary card. However, an injury sidelined Dillashaw, who was forced out of the bout and replaced by Bryan Caraway. Then, on November 21, it was announced that Caraway was forced out of the bout with an injury and replaced by Raphael Assunção.
Eddie Yagin was expected to face Dennis Siver at this event. However, Yagin was forced out of the bout due to a sparring injury that landed him in the hospital with swelling around his brain, and was replaced by Nam Phan.
John Cholish was expected to face Yves Edwards at the event. However, Cholish was forced out of the bout with a groin injury and replaced by Jeremy Stephens.
Lavar Johnson was scheduled to face Brendan Schaub at the event. However, Johnson was forced out of the bout with a groin injury and Schaub was pulled from the card altogether.
